The Open University of Hong Kong aims to position their brand and create the Open Learning Digital Platform (virtual university) as a pioneer in Asia Pacific and appointed New Digital Noise as a digital solution provider to demonstrate measureable benefits in promoting cyber learning, attract prospects, encourage interactions, and initiate data-mining capabilities.
The ideology and objective of the development is to explore social media and interactive tools to be implemented onto the platform.
