The Brief
New year, new Nokia product. Nokia launched the 5310 in January 2008 with the assistance of New Digital Noise.
The Solution
An interactive kiosk was created that utilised flash to tailor-make public music videos. A webcam was part of the installation that captured people as they acted out part of a music video. The music videos were collected and voted on by the public. The best music video won a Nokia 5310.
The kiosks were placed in high traffic areas: Causeway Place, APM, Langham Place, Tuen Mun Plaza, Pancake Cafe, Mongkok and Tsuen Wan.
The Result
Many music videos were created by enthusiastic shoppers. The display increased awareness of the new Nokia phone and its enhanced capabilities.
