    CCBA Credit Card raised its presence in the market and drew public awareness of its latest promotions.

    The Solution

    The “You’ve Got Upgraded” Promotion Campaign invited CCBA Credit Card users to enjoy a free coffee upgrade  from October 01, 2010 until March 31, 2011 at all Pacific Coffee locations in Hong Kong.

     

    30 carefully selected locations showcased CCBA’s brand messages and promotional items with Banner Stands, Java Jackets, Message Strips, Digital TV Panels and Computer Default Homepages.  These extended promotional channels were an ongoing brand presence for over 6 months.

    The Result

    The campaign successfully communicated to both existing CCBA Credit Card users and non-users. The free upgrade campaign drove overwhelming responses and created a “win-win” situation for CCBA and Pacific Coffee.

     

    The in-store promotions raised the brand’s presence and allowed Pacific Coffee consumers to better understand the brand and its products.
