  • The Brief

    LG launched its KS20 Smartphone with New Digital Noise’s Pacific Coffee marketing campaign.  Using a lifestyle venue, LG could cater to a more specific audience.

    The Solution

    New Digital Noise helped organise a press launch for LG’s KS20 Smartphone in Pacific Coffee.  The March 2008 campaign displayed the KS20 in 8 high traffic Pacific Coffee cafes.

     

    The campaign included: digital panels, posters, computer side toppers, leaflet racks and the default homepage of in-store computers.  A 30-second TVC was displayed in the 8 select locations, followed by a 15 second promotion for an SMS lucky draw Q&A to win an LG Smartphone.

     

    The 8 high traffic locations included: AIA Plaza, Lyndhurst Terrace, Pak Fook Building, Happy Valley, New World Centre, Allied Kajima, IFC and The Centre.

    The Result

    There was an overwhelming response to the contest, indicating high visibility for the campaign.  There were 2083 lucky draw entries with 1187 unique participants and 1147 correct answers.
