    Nintendo (Hong Kong) Limited worked in conjunction with New Digital Noise to promote their latest Wii games on the McDonald’s Channel.

    The Solution

    Nintendo advertised their Wii products in NDN tailor-made formats that brought the products to real-time via real-time content.  Wii television advertisements were reformatted to broadcast on McDonald’s Channel.

     

    Three new Wii games were advertised over the 2009-2010 period.

    Wii Fit Plus: January 2009, December 2010

    Wii Sports: December 2009

    Wii Mario: July 2010

    The Result

    With McDonald’s traffic of 7.7 million customers per month, Nintendo successfully promoted their latest Wii games to a large youth and family demographic.

     

    The real-time feed displayed concurrently with the advertisements ensured viewership of the repeated ad.
