• Carefree® – Fresh Match

  • The Brief

    Women are plagued with monthly problems and no platform to share their woes, which is why Carefree® wanted to create a base for its consumers to interact and address their issues, any time of the month.  Carefree® wanted to drive brand awareness and ensure their days were carefree by offering its loyal consumers exclusive fan incentives.

    The Solution

    In April, 2011, the Facebook Fan Page, Carefree Hong Kong was launched for its Hong Kong market.

     

    The fan page offered Carefree® consumers a base to interact and provided fans with access to exclusive cash vouchers and the latest promotional news.  Customers could find their “Fresh Match” with the compatibility game exclusively designed for Carefree® fans.

    The Result

    After less than a month, the application nearly reached half of its 1000 Fans goal!

     

    By the end of the campaign, the Fan Page garnered over 2000 views with over 1800 Fresh Matches made.
